COMPANY

Primal doesn't sell tools. It sells the capability to do.

Someone who never produced a video runs a channel. Someone who never managed a store operates one. Someone who never wrote a line of code puts a system live. That's the work: putting a capability in people's hands that they didn't have before.

PRINCIPLES

Four things that aren't up for negotiation here.

01

Capability, not tooling

A tool expects you to already know. Primal hands over the finished work for you to approve. The difference between the two is who has to know how.

02

Many fronts, one door

Nobody starts out knowing what they're good at. You try wherever you like, on the same account, and find a deeper product waiting when you decide to go further.

03

What's yours stays yours

The data is yours, the machine is yours and the system's memory never becomes anyone's training set. Everything that can be decentralised is — and leaving never costs you what you built.

04

The person using it is the start

There are no users here, there are Ancestrals: the start of the line, where everything built comes from. The agents carry the names of old trades and the models carry the names of fossils, because they came before. You came first.

VOCABULARY

The words here are meant to mean something.

Ancestral

Anyone who uses Primal. The start of the line, where everything built afterwards comes from.

Agents

The ones who do the work. They carry the names of old trades, because they practise a trade: research, write, draw, cut, check.

Models

What thinks underneath. They carry the names of fossils, because they came before and stayed.

PRODUCTS

What exists and what's coming

Every Primal front, what it solves and where it stands.

ECOSYSTEM

How it all fits together

The foundation every product shares, and what that changes for the people using it.
