1. Acceptance

These terms apply to anyone who visits primalent.com.br or joins a Primal front's waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site or join the waitlists.

2. What this site is

The site presents Primal Enterprises and its fronts. It is under construction and changes often, as do the fronts it describes. The information here is a presentation: it is not an offer for sale or a contract proposal.

3. Waitlist

• Joining a waitlist is free and is neither a purchase nor a contract. It does not guarantee access, an opening date, a price, terms, or that the front will exist as it is described today.
• The order of signup may be used to let people in gradually, but Primal may open to groups, invite by its own criteria or open to everyone at once.
• Use your own email. Don't sign up someone else's email without their permission. A signup only counts after you click the confirmation link.
• You can leave the waitlist whenever you want, through the link in any email we send.
• We may remove signups that are fake, made by bots or in breach of these terms.

4. Accounts, fronts and plans

When a front opens, you get in with your Ancestral account, the same for every front. Each front has its own plan and its own subscription, and you subscribe only to what you use.

Each front will have its own terms of use, with price, conditions, deadlines and rights. You read and accept (or not) those terms when you create the account or subscribe. Where they conflict with these, the front's terms govern its use.

5. Examples and simulations

The panels marked as examples, the figures, the names and the games on this site are illustrative. They show how each front works, but they are not real customer data or a promise of results. What you type in the games stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

6. Simias assistant

The site's assistant replies with ready-made texts written by Primal about the site and the fronts. The answers are informational and do not replace professional, legal, accounting, financial or any other kind of advice.

7. Acceptable use

You may browse, read, share links and join the waitlists. You may not:

• try to break into, overload, probe for flaws or bypass the site's protections without written permission;
• copy the site in bulk with bots in a way that disrupts it, or to resell its content;
• pretend to be Primal or another person or company, or use the site to deceive anyone;
• use the site for anything against Brazilian law.

If you find a security flaw, tell us through the contact at the end of this page before making it public. We thank everyone who does this in good faith.

8. Brand and content

The names Primal, Primal Studio, Simetrya, Denarion, Simias, Archaeon, Synthos, Primal Academy and Primal Platform, the names of the agents and models, the brand, the symbol, and the texts, images, drawings and code of this site belong to Primal Enterprises and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.

You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source page. Any other use, including of the brand, needs written permission.

9. Links to other sites

If the site points to third-party pages, they follow the rules and policies of whoever runs them. Primal does not control and is not responsible for their content.

10. Availability

We work to keep the site up, but it may go down for maintenance, provider failures or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or remove pages, texts and features at any time.

11. Liability

The site is provided as is, to present Primal. To the extent the law allows, Primal is not liable for decisions made solely on the presentation information on this site, or for harm caused by misuse, by third parties or by failures beyond its control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you, such as those under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD.

12. Privacy

What we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. Relevant changes are announced by email to people on the waitlist before they take effect. Using the site after that means you agree to the new version.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If there is a problem, we want to solve it first by talking, through the contact below. If it has to go to court and you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
